Restorative Yoga

Inner Peace

Relax and rejuvenate with our Restorative Yoga class, where poses are held for 5 to 7 minutes to allow for deep release and relaxation. Using props for support, this practice encourages healing, stress relief, and a calm mind.

Deep Healing and Awareness

The traditional practice that uses postures (asanas) and breath to prepare the body and mind for deeper states of awareness and meditation.
