Studio Policy

1. Arrival & Class Flow

  • Classes begin promptly. We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to settle in.

  • Late arrivals (beyond 5 minutes) may not be admitted. Doors may be locked at class start to preserve the class experience.

  • We encourage you to remain for the full session. If you must leave early, please do so quietly and with awareness.

2. Reservations & Cancellations

  • All classes must be booked in advance.

  • All booking information must match the person attending the class. Alma Yoga reserves the right to request a valid ID at check-in. If the information does not match, entry may be denied and the class credit may be forfeited.

  • Cancellations require a minimum of 6 hours notice.

Fees:

  • Late Cancellation (within 6 hours): $15

  • No-Show: $20

Policies:

Unlimited Members: First late cancellation or no-show is waived (Intro offers excluded); additional occurrences will incur the applicable fee.

Single & Packages: You'll lose your class credit.

All memberships and packages are non-refundable.

3. Attendance & Wellness

  • If you are feeling unwell, please rest and return when fully recovered.

  • Inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy prior to class.

  • Practice with awareness and honor your body’s needs.

4. Studio Etiquette

  • Alma Yoga is a space of respect, presence, and quiet connection.

  • Disruptive behavior is not permitted.

  • Please remain in the room unless necessary. If you need to pause, rest quietly. If you need to leave, go to the restroom or grab a cup of water, be mindful about disturbing other participants.

5. Silence & Digital Use

  • Phones must be silenced and stored before entering the practice space.

  • Phone use is not permitted during class.

  • We encourage minimal conversation and a complete digital disconnect during your visit.

6. Personal Care

  • Guests are asked to arrive in clean practice attire.

  • To maintain a breathable and inclusive environment, we kindly request that strong fragrances, essential oils, or perfumes not be worn.

7. Mats, Props & Studio Care

  • Please treat all equipment with care: clean mats, return props neatly, and leave the space as you found it.

  • Premium Members and Class Package holders enjoy a complimentary mat service.

  • All other guests (Intro offers, ClassPass visitors) may rent mats for $4.

8. Guest Policy

  • Class sizes are intentionally limited.

  • Premium Members may bring one guest per month with prior reservation.

  • All participants must sign a liability waiver.

  • The studio is reserved for practicing clients; additional guests require prior approval.

9. Studio Environment

  • Shoes must be removed upon entry.

  • Closed water containers are welcome; food is not permitted in practice areas.

  • Move through the space with mindfulness and respect for others.

10. Membership & Payments

  • All purchases and memberships are personal and non-transferable.

  • Payments must be completed prior to class attendance or renewal.

  • Membership holds may be requested in advance and are subject to approval.

11. Workshops & Scheduling

  • Special events and workshops may require additional fees; policies will be shared at registration.

  • Schedules may change; updates will be communicated via email or text.

  • Classes may be canceled or adjusted due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

12. Privacy & Photography

  • To honor the privacy of our community, photography and video recording are not permitted during class without prior consent.13. Personal Belongings

  • Alma Yoga is not responsible for lost or unattended items.

  • Found items are held for 30 days before donation or disposal.

  • We recommend leaving valuables at home.

14. Instructor Guidance

  • Our instructors are here to support your practice.

  • Follow their guidance to ensure safety, alignment, and a refined experience.

15. Community Integrity

  • Alma Yoga is a sanctuary for connection, presence, and mindful growth.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service or revoke membership to uphold the energy, safety, and standards of the studio.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

To support a smooth class experience and respectful booking practices.

Cancellations for regular classes require a minimum of 6 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled class start time.

If a reservation is canceled with less than 6 hours’ notice, it will be considered a late cancellation and the applicable fee will apply.

If a client does not attend a reserved class and fails to cancel in advance, it will be considered a no-show and the applicable fee will apply.

Cancellation Fees

  • Late Cancellation (within 6 hours): $15

  • No-Show: $20

Memberships

For Unlimited Members, the first late cancellation or no-show will be waived. Any additional occurrences will incur the applicable fee.

Single Classes & Limited Packages

For single class purchases and limited class packages, late cancellation and no-show you'll lose your class.

Intro Offers

Clients using intro offers are not eligible for the waived first late cancellation or no-show. Standard late cancellation and no-show fees apply.

Intro offers are promotional in nature and are therefore subject to stricter booking terms.

Refund Policy

All memberships, packages, and intro offers are non-refundable and non-transferable.

All memberships, class packages, intro offers, and other purchases are final sale and non-refundable.

This includes, without limitation:

  • Unlimited memberships

  • Intro offers

  • Single class purchases

  • Limited class packages

  • Promotional offers

  • Special pricing or discounted packages

Unused classes, missed classes, late cancellations, no-shows, schedule conflicts, change of plans, relocation, travel, or change of preference do not qualify for refunds.

Agreement to Policy

By booking a class, purchasing a membership or package, or attending services at Alma Yoga, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
